On The Spot Improv is Montreal’s longest running imrpov troupe. Since their formation in 1990, Spot has performed in comedy clubs, theatres, auditoriums, arenas, outdoor stages, schools, corporate events, weddings, bar mitzvahs, picnics, parking lots and even in a shelter for ice storm victims. They have appeared at festivals and tournaments all over the world including Amsterdam, London, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, Edmonton, Victoria, Ottawa and Quebec City. They are three time champions of the Just For Laughs Improv Tournament. The troupe still appears 2-5 nights a week at The Comedyworks on Bishop street in Montreal. Over the years, On The Spot Improv has performed literally four trillion improv scenes.
